Since my accident, I have never given up hope that someday I would be able to walk again. After years of waiting, dreaming and praying, I have found The XCell-Center at the Institute of Regenerative Medicine in the Eduardus hospital in Cologne Germany.

My Treatment
Thanks to all who had helped me and those who are following my treatment and the outcome. Because of your help, I was able to go to Germany for the stem cell treatment and reach the first step in my goal to walk again some day.
I have started physical Therapy at North West Rehabilitation in Salem Oregon where I am working on range of motion, stretching and simulating walking in the hope that this will send signals to the transplanted stem cell, stimulating them to grow.
How I feel
Well, that’s a hard thing to describe. At first, I was not feeling anything. I was told it could take up to three months to a year to see any nerve growth. The doctors said that the first thing I should begin to feel is pain. For about the past 6 weeks my left leg feels cramped or asleep. I have never had this feeling for sensation before the stem cell treatment.
So, I will keep up the hard work and keep everyone updated.
